Hi,
While I am NOT the original author of this mod, I cannot seem to find it anywhere on the interwebs not as a part of a big collection. So, I am posting it here as a standalone with it's one dependancy.

The mod creates a smallish bar over your chat window that helps deal with chat channels. It allows you to Click to type and other such funnerie.

The best use I have found sofar is the ability to 'Sticky' a chat channel.

I hope that anyone who wants an easy way to deal with channels can use this mod.
